Damage deposit

As part of our event agreement, a damage deposit is charged to cover any potential damages.

If there are no damages or incidents during the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We take great care to ensure that our clients’ events proceed smoothly and without any issues. If everything remains in excellent condition, your deposit will be promptly returned. 🌟

Event Date Deposit

As part of our event agreement, an Event Day deposit is charged.

We require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. Once you’ve signed the agreement and made the deposit, the date is exclusively yours. However, we understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, you have the option to reschedule within 30 days, choosing a date that falls at least 30 days beyond you previously reserved date.

Due 10 days prior to event

Final Payment

The final payment represents the remaining balance from the two deposits. This payment must be settled 10 days prior to your scheduled event.
